How much is postage?

UK postage and packing is £1.80

International orders are £4.95 

I send all packages out second class or standard international via Royal Mail.

Can I buy Sherbet Lane products anywhere else?

No! All the illustrated products are exclusive designed and illustrated for  Sherbet Lane. Occasionally one of my designs is bought by a larger company to use on their products but then I will take it down off the Sherbet Lane website :)

What is The SherbetBox Club?

It runs like a subscription box service and is rather like giving a little present to yourself each month! A themed box is delivered each month with the contents being a lovely surprise - there may be greeting cards, postcards, notebooks, notepads, pens, washi tape, mini papercraft projects etc.

How do I sign up for the SherbetBox Club?

You can sign up here and then you will get a box of stationery delivered to you each month, you will be setting up a recurring payment that is charged on the 7th of each month and the boxes are sent out around the 23rd of each month.

I want to join the SherbetBox Club but not get a box every month

When you sign up for the club you can open up an account on the website* and there is an area here where you can change the settings for how often you get a box. Some people want a box every month, some choose to set it to come every other month...it is really flexible! You can also pause just one month or cancel your subscription there if you chose to.

*make sure you use the same email to set up your account as you used to sign up for the SherbetBox Club to make the two tie together.

I can't work out how to alter my SherbetBox Club subscription!

Don't worry! Just send me an email and let me know what you want to do with your subscription and I can set it up for you from here - never a problem

How do you keep my details safe?

This website is built in Shopify which is one of the biggest online retail platforms and has a strong system to keep your details safe. Online payments are taken through Paypal which of course means I do not have access to your card or payment details - only your email and postal address to allow my to send you your items. I hate spam just as much as you do so I promise never to pass your details on plus promise not to bombard you with email either! You are very welcome to join my mailing list which is very simple to opt out of if you decide to - just click on the link in any email newsletter. You can read the full privacy policy here.

How often do you send out the newsletter?

I aim to get the newsletter out twice a month but often don't quite manage that! The newsletter is full of what I am up to, new products, links to my most recent blog post and to interesting things I think you might like too. 

My order hasn't arrived!

Very occasionally mail goes AWOL or gets delayed, please get in touch and I will always try and help from this end!

Royal Mail does not consider an item to be lost until 10 working days from the due arrival date, for International orders this is approximately 30 working days. Once that time period has passed I can process a 'lost package' with you and I will resend your order.

Can you supply a prize for our event?

I always chose a particular charity each year to support and raise money through auctions and competitions - this year the charity is the wonderful Sick Children's Trust. I do get many requests asking me to offer paintings or other donated items for charity events and I hope you will understand that I am unable to comply with so many and felt it was fairer to just choose one charity a year.
