Cancellation Policy

I know sometimes life gets in the way of best laid plans!

If you are unable to get to a workshop you have booked:

• If you need to cancel a workshop that isn't yet fully booked you will get a full refund, just get in touch as soon as you know you can't come.
• If you need to cancel a workshop that is already fully booked please let me know as soon as possible so I can try and fill your place
  • If I can resell your place I can give you a full refund :)
  • If I am unable to resell your place on a fully booked workshop unfortunately I am unable to refund the workshop (however we are often able to arrange you taking a place on an alternative workshop when there are any spare places!)
