We have a guest tutor Claire joining us!

  Come and discover how to turn unspun wool into a vessel using a wet felting technique

Claire says "In this small workshop we will make a 3 dimensional wool felt vessel - a pumpkin! It will be created around a 9 inch resist and depending on the wool used and the felting process your finished pumpkin will be roughly 6 inches - although there will be lots of variation! This is a very tactile workshop, olive oil soap, warm water and wool along with other enhancements are used to create a pumpkin that is individual to you"

The finished pumpkin is hollow inside and a battery tea light is provided for you in the workshop to light up the inside - come and create a perfect Halloween decoration!
